Sports Performance Training

Every athlete’s program is designed based on the findings from their individual initial assessment in addition to the sport played and the position within that sport. We address all components including movement preparation and cool down, strength training, conditioning, agility and mobility work.

We design programs for athletes of all ages, and at all skill levels.

Our programming is periodized, which means we design a yearly plan for our athletes, understanding that the needs of in-season training differ from those in the off-season. We also understand the training needs of multi-sport athletes and how to design training around the complexities of their schedules.

Youth Athletic Development Program

Children and youth need to do the right activities at the right time to develop in their sport - whether they want to be hockey players, dancers, figure skaters, or gymnasts.

Science, research, and decades of experience all point to the same thing: kids will get active, stay active, and even reach the greatest heights of sports achievement if they do the right things at the right times.

Personal Training

At LabMotus, we are excited to now offer two levels of Personal Training to help meet your needs!  And provide a more comfortable option for those who would prefer to be one on one during this time.

Our kinesiologists will give you the support and guidance you need and develop a customized plan for whatever level you’re at.  If you’re new to fitness, consider our Personal Training Foundation to help build the foundations of better movement.  If you’re more advanced, our Personal Training Advance will help you take your fitness to the next level.  No matter what your training background, our expert coaches will take an individual approach that propels you forward and keeps you fully motivated to truly be your best.

Fitness Group

Small-Group Fitness Classes

At LabMotus, we believe that no one should get lost in the shuffle. Our Small Group Training has a maximum of 4 people with one to two coaches. You get the expertise & intimacy of a personal training session, with the motivation & support of a group. Our coaches make sure that you train safely and offer modifications for all levels, without judgment. Small-Group Training is kind of like working out with friends as part of a team. It’s fun, more affordable than one-on-one training and best of all you’ll see, and feel great results!
